Music For People (MFP) is dedicated to promoting music improvisation as a means for exploring self-expression and creativity. Lynn is a Certified MFP Facilitator.  Check out this weekend workshop or attend for one day.  We engage your playful self with simple structures that are fun and energizing. We also explore mindfulness through music and deep listening to self and others. People at all levels of musical experience, on all instruments, playing any style of music are welcome.
