$200 Initial 60 minute consultation or 60 minute individual session

Though I am an out of network provider with most insurance plans, check with your insurance company to see if you have out of network benefits. If you do, I provide you with a monthly invoice that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement of sessions. I require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellation. If I receive notice within 24 hours, I must charge you for the session.

The initial consultation session is 60 minutes. Individual sessions are typically 45-50 minutes. Couples sessions are generally 60 minutes. Extended length sessions can be arranged,  based on scheduling and need.  The session rate is pro-rated, based on the length of time we agree to meet.

I offer a hybrid model in which I see clients both in-person and virtually via video telehealth.

I accept cash, check or Zelle. Payments are due at the day of the session.
