This workshop offers a great opportunity to explore the connection between creative expression, music and mindfulness.  From music enthusiasts, to those just getting started with music making, to experienced musicians. Everyone is welcome! Bring your voice, an instrument of any kind and the intention to learn how to listen and express yourself truly and respectfully with others, hearing sounds with the whole body. A selection of world instruments will also be available to use.

On this evening, we create a unique space in NYC for free, non-facilitated  movement and exploration that incorporates  live and responsive improvised music. Dancers respond to the music and the music is influenced by the dancers, creating a feedback loop that moves all participants to deeper expression.
